PERSONAL  BACKGROUND: 

The visionary Maria Louise grew up in the Caribbean, as a young adult, she migrated to the United States, and worked in the Services Industry, Janitorial, Au Pair, and now Chairwoman of Steps of Intention.  She met, married her then-husband, enrolled in college and traveled the world as a military spouse.  Maria's free spirit lead her to peruse her love for travel, culture and so, Steps of Intentions was created, to provide services where Steps of Intention is the link to bridge your establishment to provide the services needed, General Services, Personal Developmnent and Consulting. 

EDUCATIONAL PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:   Maria Louise, graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and a minor in Business Management.  Upon graduating she  served   in New York City  Internal Affair Division as a City Investigator  and possess well over ten years in the public service field as an armed Sheriff Deputy and Federal government employee.

Maria is also a graduate of the CaPP Institute which allowed her to have a solid background in Personalized and Management methodologies.  After years of serving the public, working for the Military, and begin in public service, she ventured out and formed Steps of Intention LLC. The company offers Personalized, Management and Consulting Services. In the Government Services arena, the company takes the load off the client while proving efficient ground operations, managing, and providing services so that the client attends to other areas of the mission.

The company based in the United States but operates in the Middle East, Ghana and also Trinidad and Tobago.  The latter mentioned county operations, operate under De Arc Solution Ltd.  The expansion led to providing, Geriatric Services in the Caribbean to care for the elderly, the company also invest into our candidates by offering to cover cost of initial training.   The company also conducts local charitable events in the Caribbean and Ghana.
