Transition is never simple and to transition where it's not your regular environment lets say in a different country worldwide, and maybe without your military spouse to assist, is challenging and stressful. The process can take a toll and be a challenge. I fully understand the frustration such a change in duty station can bring to  a military family or personell. 

No two coaching sessions are the same; preparation is key because veterans and their immediate family experiences differ. Personal Development is crucial to military personnel during the transition from active duty to civilian life. Therefore my coaching practice offers a 10 % military /veterans discount; I truly appreciate the sacrifice of the military and their families.

According to your specific coaching, personal and management  goals, we work together to acknowledge:

• To ascertain your vision and goals for personal and professional success.  
• Identify and manage fear, doubt, worry, or guilt that interferes with the changes you want to make in your life.  

The welcome packet is not rigid but ensures that you understand what coaching is and is not. You schedule sessions when it best serves you.
