With over a decade of experience spanning public safety, internal investigations, and federal government operations, Ms. Louise brings a disciplined, compliance-driven approach to execution in complex environments. Her background includes supporting military medical and dental operations across all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces — Army, Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force — with an established operational presence in Germany and the Middle East, including alignment with mission requirements across the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) Area of Responsibility. Under her leadership, Steps of Intention LLC is positioned as a scalable execution partner for prime contractors and commercial enterprises —in  high-demand environments.
