Maria Louise is the Founder and Chairwoman Steps of Intention LLC, a company dedicated to providing Personalized Services, Management Solutions, and Government Consulting. With over a decade of public sector experience, Maria has built a reputation for operational excellence and a commitment to service that extends globally.

Maria is a university graduate, holding a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in Business Management. She began her professional career in public service; to include serving as in Internal Affairs Division of New York City. Her background also includes federal government service, where she gained extensive knowledge in compliance, oversight, and operational management.

These skills, combined with her government and international experience, led to the creation of Steps of Intention LLC.

Headquartered in the United States, Steps of Intention operates worldwide, with a sister company, De Arc Solution Ltd. 

Beyond operations, Steps of Intention leads charitable initiatives in the Caribbean and Ghana, supporting local communities and sustainable development. Under Maria’s leadership, the company continues to grow as a trusted partner for government and organizational missions, delivering services with integrity, clarity, and intention.
